Return Policy — Les bijoux Anya

At Les bijoux Anya, your satisfaction is our priority. Here are the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges and refunds.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to withdraw, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, contact us at lesbijouxdanya@gmail.com and provide your order number. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
• Unworn, unaltered and in perfect condition
• Returned in its original packaging, with all labels
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Hygiene exception: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the protective packaging has been opened or removed, except in the event of a defect or an error on our part.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of a defective item, an item damaged upon receipt or an error on our part (wrong item sent), in which case the return shipping costs will be refunded.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email whether the refund is accepted or refused. If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned item.
Defective items or order errors
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product at lesbijouxdanya@gmail.com. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another model or size, return the item under the conditions above and place a new order.
