Order preparation
Orders placed with Les bijoux Anya are prepared and shipped within an indicative period of 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
A shipping confirmation is sent to the customer when the order is handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
Transit time starts from the shipment of the order.
Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates. Exceptional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions or periods of high activity.
Shipping costs
Applicable shipping costs are shown to the customer before final validation of the order.
When shipping is free, the amount displayed at checkout is €0.
Order tracking
When the delivery service provides tracking, tracking information is sent to the customer after the order is shipped.
The customer can use this information to track the shipment of their package.
